Subcommittee to Evaluate the Performance of the Consumer Advocate to Meet on February 24

Please be advised that on February 24, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. there will be an initial meeting of the Residential Ratepayers Advisory Board's Subcommittee to Evaluate the Performance of the Consumer Advocate.  The details and agenda are here.  The Advisory Board has formed this subcommittee in order to discharge its responsibility pursuant to RSA 363:28-a, V(c) to determine whether to recommend the reappointment of Consumer Advocate Donald M. Kreis to the Governor.  The current term of the Consumer Advocate expires on November 5, 2023.
